How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Items that ship from within the United States usually arrive 3 to 8 business days after shipping. Some items ship from our international partner workshops and can take 2 to 3 weeks. Where that applies, it's noted on the product page. You'll see shipping costs and estimates at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Our gear ships directly from the brands and workshops we partner with, so a larger order may arrive in separate packages. Each package has its own tracking.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. See our refund policy for details, then contact us to start a return.
Which putter cover fits my putter?
Blade putter covers fit traditional blade-style putters. Mallet putter covers fit larger mallet and square-style putters. Each product page lists what it fits. If you're unsure, send us your putter model and we'll help.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
